How to Complete 3 Days Dry Fasting: What You Need to Know

Learn how to complete 3 days dry fasting by God's grace.

The previous articles about dry fasting tips and overcoming temptations during and after a dry fast have several queries. I am grateful to God that I was able to respond to these questions. However, I noticed one question that kept coming up: “How do I conduct 3 days dry fasting?” Since the Lord Jesus led me to complete such an exercise about two years ago, I am going to share my insights.

Multi-Day Dry Fasting

First thing: Please do not attempt 3 days dry fasting unless the Spirit of God tells you to do so. Don’t do it because someone else gave a glowing testimony about how they did such a dry fast and the great breakthroughs they experienced.

Let me be clear about what I’m talking about. This 3 days dry fasting mean 72 hours of dry fasting – no food and no liquids of any kind. This is not the type of fast that you can do in your strength; you will need the power of His Holy Spirit to help you complete it. Therefore, you must have clear instructions from the Lord before beginning such a dry fast.

Now, there are other forms of multi-day dry fasting. You can dry fast from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM for 3, 7, 14, 31 days (any number of days). Each evening you would break your dry fast and resume the fast in the morning. But, these 3 days dry fasting and prayer are most effective in cases where people are suffering from demonic strongholds in several areas of their lives.

My Testimony

You can break free of all demonic oppressions by the Blood of Jesus and in the Name of Jesus!

Evil Antagonism

In the summer of 2018, the Lord led me to start praying for my husband. Not just merely praying to get married, but to pray for this unknown man. So I began to pray for him as a person and all areas of his life (I still do this). I also used the warfare prayers in the book Prayer Rain by Dr. Daniel Olukoya to pray concerning my advancing years and unwanted singleness. However, this kicked off a series of disturbing nightmares that felt quite real whenever I woke up.

Every night 3 naked satyr-like creatures1 would attempt to sexually violate me. Let me be clear: at this time (and even now), I was celibate and living purely for Jesus. I was not watching movies that were not rated family-friendly, and I only listened to gospel music. Also, I was not masturbating; I was exhibiting self-control. I had zero romantic interactions in the natural sphere. So, this was an intense set of spiritual attacks that occurred in response to my increased supplications to God about getting married.

Jesus Christ revealed the twin sources of these antagonisms: they arose from generational bondage and also household wickedness. However, I will not go into the details in this article. A more detailed testimony will follow, in another format, and in due season.

The Resolution

One morning I woke up from a particularly violent attack. As I knelt exhausted by my bedside to ask Jesus for deliverance, I heard Him speak. Jesus Christ told me that I would only get my breakthrough by doing 3 days dry fasting. I was terrified at the prospect of such a long dry fast, but I was far more interested in getting my deliverance. So I asked the Lord to empower me and I started that dry fasting session of 3 days and 3 nights that very morning.

This was an emergency. But, I still wrote down four prayer points:

  1. Complete deliverance from demonic dream pollution (this was about the nightly sexual violations).
  2. Breakthroughs in marriage and business (I started freelancing in January 2018).
  3. Peaceful, comfortable, and godly accommodation 2.
  4. Wisdom and discernment in dealing with social, economic, and ministerial matters.

During these 3 days dry fasting, I prayed the Word of God over myself. I searched for related scriptures and did night vigils where I used the related warfare prayers in my Prayer Rain. During the daylight hours, I listened to messages by Minister Kevin LA Ewing to gain the necessary knowledge, strategy, and encouragement to keep on with this dry fast.

By the grace of God, I was delivered from these nightly satanic violations. Hallelujah!

How I Coped With 3 Days Dry Fasting

Seclusion is Necessary

You need to be secluded for your 3 days dry fasting.

There’s no way around this: you must seclude yourself for a session of 3 days dry fasting. The level of physical duress and spiritual warfare that you will face requires a complete focus on Jesus Christ.

This kind of fasting is a physical, emotional, social, and economic sacrifice. You won’t be able to have the usual family interactions (they will distract you from the fast and you will cave in and end it early). You can’t be talking on your phone, texting, or engaging with your social media platforms. It also means – no work!

If you’re single, then it’s fairly easy to disappear for 3 days and 3 nights to be with Jesus Christ and to wage serious warfare for your deliverance. If you are married, you must have your spouse’s permission (whether or not they are saved/ a committed Christian). After all, you won’t be around and your responsibilities in the home will shift to your spouse during that time.3 If you have children who need you to survive, you will need to arrange safe, dependable care while you’re in seclusion.

Can a husband and wife complete the 3 days dry fasting together? I’ll have to “answer” this question with another question: What did the Holy Spirit of God tell you to do? Follow Jesus’ instructions to the letter when it comes to who you should ask to join you (or who should not join you) in doing this fast.

Overcome the  Physical Symptoms by Leaning Heavily into Jesus Christ for Strength

As I said before, you can NOT do this type of dry fast in your strength. Also, you need to receive clear instructions from the Lord to undergo such a fast.

It was a constant onslaught as my body fought against the fast. The first 24 hours were brutal – hunger pangs gripped my stomach and twisted it, and I felt nauseous and weak. I constantly prayed to Christ for strength. Each time I prayed, the symptoms would lift and I would feel a bit better. I was confined to my bed a lot for that first day as I slept often. Each time I woke up, I would pray and read my Bible.

I prayed a lot. Most of my prayers were not standard prayers (like kneeling and following a format). I just kept talking to Jesus as if He was in the room with me – because He was!

The second day I felt like my head was disconnected from my body (I couldn’t feel my digestive system at all). I felt like a spirit being in totality. I felt lightheaded and I was just floating. I slept a lot on the second day as well. On the third day, I felt happy and less sleepy. It seemed as though I radiated light. It was amazing: I was completely renewed from the inside out!

So don’t give up. Persevere through the attacks that try to stop you from completing the 3 days dry fasting. Never give up!

Play the Bible App While You Sleep

You need to soak your atmosphere with the Word of God. I played the Bible App as I slept during those 3 days of dry fasting. Even while I slept, my subconscious mind was feeding on the Word of God.

Read Your Bible

Read your Bible and take lots of notes during your 3 days dry fasting.

You’ll also need to read your Bible. It’s the inspired Word of God, so you need to read it a lot during this fast.

The Spirit of God will lead you to read certain scriptures. Make sure that you record these scriptures for reference after your fast.

You should also pray the scriptures over yourself. Not sure how to do this? Then I encourage you to watch this video by Minister Kevin LA Ewing for several examples on how to do so.

Listen to Gospel Music and Sermons

If there’s ever a time to pray and praise your way through, then it’s during your 3 days dry fasting. You need to keep gospel music playing on a loop on your background. When it’s completely silent and you’re alone, then you’ll feel tempted to jump on social media or engage in other activities to get “busy”. Playing gospel music will help to keep your mind focused on Christ. It will also keep your spirit uplifted during the rigors of such an extended fast.

You should also listen to sermons – especially ones that coincide with your prayer points. This will help you to read your Bible more and go deeper into His Word.

Add Night Vigils

Yes, you need to add night vigils. Even if you sleep during the day, be prepared for intense spiritual warfare at night. The enemy and his agents are most active when we are expected to be sleeping. Remember, you’re not undergoing this 3 days dry fasting as a walk in the park. You need your deliverance! You need your breakthroughs! Therefore, wage spiritual warfare4 and possess your possessions in Jesus’ name!

Brush Your Teeth Frequently

Brush your teeth often to cope with your 3 days of dry fasting.

What? Yes, brush your teeth frequently! One of the things that you can do to help you complete your 3 days dry fasting is to brush often. Why? When you dry fast, you experience a lot of acid reflux as your stomach’s juices flow up into your mouth. This is why you feel nauseous during your fast. But, regular brushing and rinsing of your mouth remove any acid reflux remnants – just don’t swallow any of the water. You will feel much better afterward.

Keep Your Lips Moisturized Throughout Your Dry Fast

Always use some lip balm or Vaseline on your lips. This will avoid your lips cracking and you being unable to pray throughout. Plus, cracked lips make you feel like you’re dying and you’ll be tempted to drink water and break the fast too early. Therefore, keep using the Vaseline/lip balm throughout your dry fast.

Shower Frequently and Moisturize Your Skin

Please don’t forsake showering during these 3 days of dry fasting! Your skin will secrete a lot of waste during your fast, so you need to keep clean. Especially if you live in a tropical region – having at least one shower per day is vital!

Your skin will dry out quickly during this prolonged fasting session. After every shower, you need to moisturize yourself – you don’t want cracked body parts!

Guess what? Even Jesus is in support of keeping your body hygienic and caring for yourself during fasting:

“Moreover, when you fast, do not be like the hypocrites, with a sad countenance. For they disfigure their faces that they may appear to men to be fasting. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.

But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you do not appear to men to be fasting, but to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.”

Matthew 6:16-18, NKJV.

Revelations Will Flow, So Record Them All!

Whenever you do any form of fasting, you should also be sitting at Jesus’ feet. Therefore, since you’re in conversation with Christ, He will speak to you. Have paper and pen ready to record all the amazing revelations that He will give you.

The prophet Jeremiah was confined in the court of the prison and he was calling out to the Lord. Here’s the reply that the Lord Almighty gave:

“Thus says the Lord who made it, the Lord who formed it to establish it (the Lord is His name):

“Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.”

Jeremiah 33:2-3, NKJV.

You will also receive clear revelations about the secrets of your life and lineage. Most importantly, you will receive instructions on breaking free of such bondage and how to maintain your deliverance.

  1. Hello Daniel,
If God led you to go on a three-day fast (without any daily breaks), you would break it after 72 hours.

  2. Hello David,
I believe it was after the full 72 hours were completed.
It has been some years now, so I don’t recall the exact time.
I just know it was after all the hours were completed.
    God bless.

  3. Hi, thank you for sharing your story, Sophia. I do not how to begin but let’s say I’m also going through the same struggles you went through before the fast. I pray every day @ 12pm to 2pm, asking God to help and show me what I should do, but I don’t get anything. I have been praying for my marriage. Devious spirits come to sleep with me, I’m single. I have been celibate. I don’t watch X-rated movies. I just go to work and come home, yet I have these demons fighting with me each night.

I spoke to a pastor of mine and he recommended 3 day dry fasting. I have fasted before, I normally do it 6am-12pm 3 days in a week. But I have never tried 6am -6pm dry. Im a government worker as well, secluding myself won’t be possible, Kindly advise.

    1. Hello Mabel,
Is it possible to get some time-off (even if unpaid) from work?
That is what you may need to do.
Otherwise, you could schedule it for a weekend when there is either a Friday or a Monday national holiday in your country.
      God bless.

  4. Glory be to God. I am concluding my 3days dry fasting today and I thank God for the strength giving to me and I am super excited in this 3rd day, and I know God has answered all my prayers and my debts have been cleared by God by faith. Praise God. And He will course my husband to locate me soon.

  5. Hey sister, thanks for sharing this article. I’m currently on day 2 of 3 in dry fasting. Now that I read your article I feel quite sad that I ended up drinking a glass of water today, but I heard the Lord saying He is merciful He knows our strengths and challenges. I have so many errands to run during the day, like taking my son to school and fetch him. I also study so it’s really challenging. I felt like I was going to collapse and all these errands sucked up my little energy. I’m really happy to hear that it’s a spiritual led fast, cause it also came so strongly in my spirit that I should do it. Although I live a lifestyle of fasting, I’ve never done this one particular. I’m looking forward to be hearing what God has to say. Thank you also for taking time to respond to our sister Maria who is troubled. May God bless you for that.

    1. Hello Nelisiwe,
The key to maintaining a dry fast is to arrange to be doing as little as possible.
You won’t have a lot of energy, so you should do non-physical activities.
However, I understand that you still need to complete your parental duties.
I hope the fast allowed you to hear more from the Lord.
May Jesus Christ continue to bless and keep you and your family in Him.

  6. Hi Sophia, thank you for your insights.
I recently began to understand the implication of some dreams I have been having over a long period of time but didn’t pay attention to.
I began to pray and noticed an improvement, but just about two weeks ago I had a dream in which I was sexually violated by a woman (spirit). I woke up and was alarmed and confused.
I began to plan a specific line of action when I had a strong nudging to do a 3 day dry fast(72hrs without food and water).
Well I have just completed one day, and the hunger pangs that came on the evening of the 1st day and the craving for water made me to start searching for information on how to handle this fast.
My first search brought me to your page and the information has been a gold mine.
I am encouraged and I do believe God that I will complete the fast and receive my breakthrough.

    1. Hello Ephraim,
I am happy that you found this article useful – to God be all the glory.
I am sorry that I got to your post late (my website tends to attract a lot of spam comments that
      I have to go through).
I pray that your 72-hour dry fast was successful.
It takes fortitude and a commitment to doing all that it takes for deliverance to triumph over this succubus or spirit wife.
God bless and keep you in Jesus’ Name.

  7. I need you to advice me on what to do. I have been attacked by stagnancy and backwardness. Whenever I dream, I see myself in old places have lived and living a messy and wretched life. I have prayed and fasted and it seems to not just go away. Most of the promises people make usually fail at the last minute.

    1. Hello Olamide,

This appears to be a strong case of rejection.
Kindly refer to my YouTube video on the subject matter (it’s a discussion of the indicators of the spirit of rejection):

Do members of your family also struggle with stagnancy and backwardness?
If the answer is yes, then this is also a case of generational curses.

But, you must become an expert on what you are fighting against if you are to be victorious.
It is not just a matter of praying and fasting. Our prayers and fasting must be intentional and directed against specific evil strongholds.
So, you must first get the knowledge you need.

For thorough teaching on the spirit of rejection, generational curses, and other matters, please visit Minister Kevin L.A. Ewing’s YouTube channel:
      https://www.youtube.com/user/edwardstgeorge

For warfare prayers against such issues, please get three resources:

      https://www.evangelistjoshua.com/
      https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClOzV71RGbr233GrfPa8OJQ

I know that it is tempting to want to give up when you face spiritual warfare.
But I pray for your strength and that you will be courageous and fight through to your deliverance in Jesus’ Name.
      God bless.

  8. God is SO good in how he leads us! I am part of a group who are planning a 21-day fast starting January 1st. – individuals to decide what their fast looks like. As I was reading my Bible recently , I came across the passage where Moses was up on the mountain with God for 40 days – with no food or drink. I had never seen that before; then this morning I came upon your articles about DRY FASTING. Coincidence? I think not!
Yesterday our pastor called for fasting and prayer from now until January 1st! That’s four days away. So now I need to hear Holy Spirit- where does dry fasting fit in what I am to do. As you said, I am not interested in simply ‘not eating’ – I’ve done those ‘fasts’ in the past, now I say ‘Why bother!’. Thank-you for what you have shared , Sophia.
I’ve also been pondering Isaiah 58 – it’s like I’m seeing it for the first time! This fast sounds like it’s about what we are doing in community and nothing to do with food or drink. Can you comment on this?

    1. Hello Sherri,

To God be all the glory. I am happy that you found the article useful.

This 3-day dry fast should only be done if Jesus Christ leads you to do so. However, dry fasting for a few hours each day or 24 hours is quite common among Jamaican Christians.

As per Isaiah 58, all fasting needs to begin with repentance. When we are in a season of fasting, we should also be generous to the less fortunate (verse 7). You may find Minister Kevin L.A. Ewing’s teaching on YouTube (his channel name is his name) about fasting quite interesting as he explores it in the context of Isaiah 58.

May Jesus Christ continue to bless and keep you and yours in Him for the remainder of 2020, into 2021, and beyond.

  9. Hi Sophia,

am so glad that o came across your writing. This will surely help me. I have a few questions though where I request your advise please.

I am barely a church goer, yet am a Christian, I have fallen into the worst stage of my life. I have debts of over 80,000$, my rent is 8mths behind, I lost my job 2yrs ago, my kids have not gone to school since then, I beg for food. All my kids are fathered by different men, all my sisters too have kids from different men, am 45yrs old (I can see changes in my menstruating cycle so menopause maybe round the corner)… Am in the deepest end of my life. Two of the father’s if my kids are independently trying to get me businesses or jobs so as to kick start me back to life…. But it seems am the cursed one because every time the job/business is about to be ready for me to start, the comes a stumbling block.

I need Jesus in my life. I need Gods intervention. I have twice been to witchdoctors. Once was 15yrs or so ago and the other time was last yr. I have watched many of the videos of minister Kevin. He is an Angel sent from God because am getting there, am beginning to enjoy the Bible. Initially I only brought Bibles when my kids schools would ask me to. Lately whenever I would clean the house and Bibles come in my face, u remember thinking “auh, this book is just taking up my space, I will just close my eyes ams throw it to the bin one day soon” . my little girl would ask me to teach her to pray at meal times or at bedtime.. N I would be like “yeah yeah, u r right” so she pestered so much that I downloaded for her Bible stories on her tab… The “read to me” type so that she doesn’t have to come to me so that I read to her…no I don’t have such time “I would think to myself.

So so painfully ignorant I was. But now I see where and why my life has turned to the worst case scenario.

I need prayer. But I don’t know how. I listened to Kevin’s “teach me how to pray” or fasting the game changer, or breaking evil covenants 1&2 or understanding fasting etc. Very eye opening. H/w

How will I know thg its the voice of God or Jesus talking to me and asking me to fast. Because, I tried fast about 10days ago. I tried the 3day dry fast.. But unfortunately on that same day, by evening I started spotting, the next day it was full blown periods… I felt I was withering away, I was so so weak. Losing my mind, couldn’t answer the kids, shaking.. I gave up by 29th hour. So, was it because I simply followed my deep instinct and need to fast for cleansing me and my kids off of the evil covenants, that I didn’t wait for that voice from God. How will I know it’s God’s voiceband not my own voice or intinuition talking to me.

Another thing. I want to get saved. I want to accept Jesus Christ as my savior. I want to be and leave as a righteous person so that God can listen to my prayers. How do I do that. I grew up with the thought that getting saved means going to a certain church and declaring infront of 100+ people that I accept Jesus in my life. But the way I have understood from Kevin, its me and my heart, what do I feel in my heart, with that I should confess my sins and say out the words that I accept u as NY Lord and Saviour…. Is that it?

Also regarding the 3day dry fast, am I too old to do that?? I cannot afford to go to a doc and fast get checked for 50$ and get approval to do ahead. And fast, what r the simple chicks I can do myself t know that am not in danger to handle this fast. A week ago my blood pressure was 157/97.
    Please guide me Sophia

I think I have written too much

    God bless

    1. Hello Maria,

To Jesus Christ be all the glory. I am happy that you found the article of benefit.
You’ve raised several points, so I am going to go through each as led by the Holy Spirit of God:

1a. Before we even begin to start talking about any dry fasting and deliverance/warfare prayers, your spiritual foundation must be solid in Christ.
If you try to do those deliverance prayers and dry fasting without surrendering your life to Jesus Christ first, you will be in trouble (physically and spiritually). You have the example of what you described to me in your message. It’s extremely important that accept Jesus Christ and develop your relationship with Him first.

Please do not put yourself on a three-day dry fast. That fast came about because I was already a devoted Christian and Jesus Christ told me specifically to do it. It’s not a prescription or something that others must do to get their deliverance (that was my deliverance process). The Lord just wanted me to share this article for persons who He would also tell to do such a fast. You have high blood pressure – DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN A DRY FAST. While there is no age limit on dry fasting, you need to be physically healthy to do a dry fast. But, above all, you need to accept Jesus Christ first and live in holiness unto Him before you do anything else.

1b. Why do you need to accept Jesus Christ first? You can’t wage warfare against the kingdom of darkness without having on the full armor of God (Ephesians 6). The only way you can wear the full armor of God is to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior through confession of your sins, repentance, being baptized, and filled with His Holy Spirit (Acts 2).

Accepting Jesus Christ means that you acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the only One who can save you from your sins. Next, you confess your sins to Jesus Christ (no you don’t need to list out your sins before anyone – that’s between you and Jesus). Then you repent, meaning that you tell Him that you are sorry and you will no longer do those things. Ask Jesus to come into your heart, wash you and make you clean and pure before Him. Ask Jesus to give you a new start, a new life. Baptism in water in the Name of Jesus Christ is the outward sign of your acceptance of this new covenant of a renewed life in Him. As you begin to read and study your Bible, pray, and worship Jesus Christ, you will get stronger in Him and you will receive the power of His Holy Spirit living inside of you (Acts 2:38-39).

I am not sure where you are in the world and if there are any socially-distanced churches in your area right now. But, you need to connect with a Bible-believing church – even if it’s online. You need support to begin this Christian journey. Even Kevin LA Ewing started in Christian community until he was strong enough in the Lord and he then went out and started his ministry as led by Jesus Christ.

      2. Stop calling yourself cursed. Your struggles and your past do not define you. Once you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and begin to develop your relationship with Him, you are a new creature. Old things are passed away and all have become new (2 Corinthians 5:17-21). So stop calling yourself by your past and your struggles. Don’t make negative confessions over your life and your destiny. And even at 45 years old, you can still accomplish the will of Christ for your life. The main thing is for you to surrender completely to Him. Jesus Christ loves you and He desires a relationship with you. He’s been speaking to you through your little girl to begin a relationship with Him. That’s why she keeps asking you to pray with her and read the Bible. Jesus Christ is leading your daughter to keep coming to you because He wants to get your attention. He’s calling you into relationship with Himself.

      3. You have so much going on around you. It’s frankly a big distraction so that you can’t focus on Jesus. While it’s good that your children’s fathers support them, you need to be clear about the status of the relationship between you and each one (you mentioned two of them). You need to get clear about what their expectations are once they offer you assistance. Are they doing it strictly for the children or to rekindle a relationship? You need to get clarity in that arena.

      4. The fact that your sisters also had similar unstable relationship patterns as yourself may indicate foundational issues. These will need to be addressed spiritually and socially. However, you can’t just start doing warfare prayers and self-deliverance without any spiritual foundation in Christ. You need to accept Jesus Christ and develop your relationship with Him. No one fights a war without first joining the army (salvation) and training in the army (living righteously and in relationship with Christ). Spiritual warfare is serious and unrelenting. So when you step out in that realm spiritually, you need to be solid in Jesus Christ.

      5. Visiting witch doctors often have unintended consequences for those who visit them. Even though you may have gone for revelations and solutions, because the source of their power is from the devil, then it creates major problems. This is one thing that you’ll need to confess to Jesus and decide to never do again (meaning repentance or turning away from sin). Burn whatever they have given you to use and never do the incantations or rituals that they instructed you to say and do. Once you are living for Jesus Christ, decide to do so 100% and without going back. Is deliverance necessary? Yes. But as I said before, the basic foundation of any kind of spiritual warfare against the kingdom of darkness is your salvation in Jesus Christ and your strong relationship with Him.

      6. You really need to get your health checked out. Do they have any free clinics in your country (I don’t know where you live)? While the finances are indeed an issue, you still need to stay on top of your health. It’s not just the blood pressure, but also your reproductive health as you believe you may be about to start menopause. Try to see if there are any health organizations in your country that offers free health checks.

      7. You also said that that you can’t tell if Jesus Christ is the one speaking to you. Here’s the thing: you won’t be able to discern the voice of Jesus Christ until you develop and maintain a relationship with Him. In real life, I am sure that if any of your children call your name, you would know exactly who it was (even without seeing that child). Why? Because you have a close relationship with each of them. It’s the same thing with Jesus Christ: your ability to hear Him and know that it’s His voice lies in the depth of your relationship with Him.

I pray that you will come to salvation in Jesus Christ because I know that He loves you and He wants to give you a new start. You simply need to surrender to Him.

Please let me know if you have any more questions. God bless my dear.

      Sincerely,
      Sophia.

  10. Hey, that’s a very encouraging and informative article. I’m planning on doing a 3 day dry fast soon. Will keep your points in mind. Would you also mind sharing how you broke your fast? And the breakthroughs you had?

    1. Hello Hyper,
To God be all the glory.
I always break my fast with tea (in Jamaica we drink a lot of hot teas).
I then eat crackers or something very light. Don’t force yourself to eat a full meal.
Your stomach capacity will take a while to accommodate a full meal. I took me about a week to get back to normal.
One breakthrough that I can share at this time was that I was delivered from the torment I mentioned in the article.
However, you need to sit in Jesus’ presence and let Him tell you what you need to pray and fast about.
I pray for your strength in this fast and a complete deliverance afterward in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

      1. That’s nice. Also interesting to know that you straightaway went into a 3 day dry fast without any fade-in period. I’m still deciding if I should do a day first and then take it from there. Thanks again. I’m from India btw…

        1. Hello Praise,
Is the Lord leading you to complete a three-day dry fast?
Please ensure you receive your instructions from God Himself before you commence any fast.
          God bless.
